हरे कृष्णा ! मेरा नाम मणि गुहा है, उम्र 34 वर्ष। मैं अवसाद से पीड़ित थी।चिकित्सकीय भाषा में इसे पोस्ट ट्रॉमैटिक स्ट्रेस डिसऑर्डर यानी पीटीएसडी कहा जाता है। मेरे मन में आत्महत्या के विचार आते थे और कभी-कभी मैंने आत्महत्या करने की कोशिश भी की।एक दिन मेरे एक ननद तृष्णिका जी ने मुझे बताया कि गोलोक एक्सप्रेस में मुफ्त ऑनलाइन सत्संग करवाए जाते हैं। मैंने सत्संग लगाने शुरू कर दिए और केवल छह महीने के भीतर ही मैंने नकारात्मक सोचने की बजाय सकारात्मक सोचना शुरू कर दिया। मुझे जीने का एक नया मकसद मिल गया। आज मैं गोलक एक्सप्रेस के मंच से दूसरों को भी प्रोत्साहित कर पा रही हूं ताकि वे भी डिप्रेशन से मुक्त होकर एक खूबसूरत जिंदगी जी सकें।इसके लिए मैं गोलोक एक्सप्रेस के संस्थापक डॉ. निखिल गुप्ता जी की बहुत आभारी हूं।

मेरा जीवन नकारात्मकता से भरा था। अवसाद ग्रसित और चिंताग्रस्त रहने से मैं मानसिक और शारीरिक बिमारी से जूझ रही रही थी। ऐसे में भगवद् कृपा से 2021 में , यूट्यूब के माध्यम से मैं गोलोक एक्सप्रेस से जुड़ी। नित्य सत्संग में बताई बातों पर अमल करते हुए मैंने अपने अंदर अच्छे बदलावों को महसूस किया। मैंने पाया कि मेरे अंदर दिव्य गुणों की बढ़ोत्तरी हो रही हैं और नकारात्मकताए धीरे-धीरे कम होते जा रही हैं। आज मैं , श्री हरि की कृपा , आध्यात्मिक गुरुओं के मार्गदर्शन और भगवद् ज्ञान को जीवन में अपनाकर सकारात्मकता और पूर्ण आत्मविश्वास से ,अपने कर्तव्यों को सेवा भाव से कर पा रही हूं साथ ही संपूर्ण स्वास्थ और खुशी को महसूस करते हुए कृष्ण भावना भावित जीवन यापन कर रही हूं ।

After having retired from State Bank of India as Dy Managing Director after a continued service of nearly four decades, I settled in Chandigarh in 2010. When I recall those days, although on the surface ,life appeared to be busy in socialising, parties etc, there was always a feeling of listlessness and vacuum. Question which always haunted me was : Is this the purpose of my life? My association with Golok Express in 2018 through my wife Avinash ji opened new vistas for me which resulted in total transformation. Wasteful activities were gradually abandoned in favour of continued spiritual activities . Golok Express also provided me and my wife a golden opportunity of teaching Srimadbhagwatgita online to more than 130 devotees ,which we continue to do. I Joined Golok Express in June 2021 when I was depressed and mentally unwell. Just after a few months of listening to GE satsangs (which is absolutely free of cost) on a regular basis and following the spiritual practices suggested (Easiest to implement along with our daily practical life chores), I witnessed improvement in all aspects of my life. Physically I reversed Insomnia, mentally I am more aware of my thoughts, more confident and grateful, financially I am improving as I learnt about self contentment. I have developed firm faith in God and prayers, which literally work as a miracle and we call it a divine experience, and yes I have experienced it, not one but many.
